Conrad has spent most of his professional career in planning and designing sports and recreation facilities.  His projects range from the 60,000 seat BC Place stadium to small community scaled venues.  The fundamental approach for him is to provide an exceptional sports venue for the athletes and performers, an energetic and exciting venue for the spectators, a truly robust facility for the operator and a financially responsive complex that builds upon a realistic and workable business plan. Several of Conrad's projects have been recognized by the International Association of Assembly Managers as the best performing venue for their specific size.

Conrad is committed to working with facility and team owners, venue operators and approving authorities to deliver exceptional spectator facilities.  This commitment is the reason he is a frequent speaker at international conferences dealing with sports and spectator facilities.
