Hamilton Transit Centre, Richmond, BC

The Hamilton Transit Centre is a 300,000sf Operations, Maintenance & Support facility for a fleet of 300 busses. The 18 acres site includes the following buildings; Operations & Administration, Maintenance, Fuel Island, Bus Wash, Wastewater Treatment, Vault Pull and Tire Storage.  Features include:

• accommodates, standard, articulated and shuttle busses

• ability to accommodate diesel, CNG and gasoline fuels

• Wood roofs and sustainable design elements to achieve LEED silver rating

• dedicated parkland and amenities to support local community
